Home/The Beer
The Tap Wall
Eleven house beers brewed on-site, five barrels at a time — surrounded by a rotating cast of Texas and American guest taps and ciders.
Simple recipes, serious flavor.
“We want to have fun, experiment, and showcase some of the more interesting flavor profiles produced by simple recipes. Sometimes, simple is actually better.”
That's the philosophy of head brewer Rob Velez — a Hill Country brewing veteran whose résumé runs through Tusculum Brewing and Dodging Duck Brewhaus before landing here.
Everything on our house list is brewed steps from your stool on a five-barrel system — a core lineup you can count on, plus a steady rotation of small-batch brews you'll only catch if you stop in.
- 5-barrel system
- Brewed on-site
- Small-batch rotation
- Light to dark
Brewed under this roof.
Our core lineup — poured light to dark. The rotation changes; the craft doesn't.
Guest taps & ciders.
Our house beers share the wall with a rotating lineup of Texas and American favorites — and there's always something for everyone.
Often On Rotation
- Real Ale
- Deschutes
- New Belgium
- Founders
- North Coast
- Left Hand
- Kona
- SweetWater
Texas bock to West-Coast IPA, peach hazy to imperial stout — the guest list turns over often, so there's always a new pour to chase.
Beyond Beer
- Austin Eastciders
- Hill Country Ciders
- N/A Craft Beer
- Wine
Crisp fruit ciders, a thoughtful non-alcoholic lineup, and wine by the glass — because the whole table deserves a great pour.
Brewed On-Site
Five barrels, steps from your stool.
Our nano-brewery isn't tucked away somewhere else — it's right here, part of the room. Small-batch by design, it lets us experiment freely, pour fresh, and keep the wall changing.
Want to taste your way through? Grab a flight and sample the spread — light to dark, classic to curious.
Twenty-eight taps.
One of them's yours.
The wall changes often — the only way to know what's pouring is to pull up a seat.
