House Beer
Chant Du Cardinal
Belgian Tripel8.4% ABV
Our namesake pour — golden, spiced, and deceptively smooth. The song of the cardinal in a glass.
Veteran-Owned Boerne, Texas Brewed On-Site
The cardinal sings twenty-eight different songs. We pour twenty-eight of our own — craft beer brewed five barrels at a time, beside a kitchen built to make every pint sing.
Listen closely in the Hill Country and you'll hear it — the cardinal, a bird many Texans feel a quiet, almost spiritual kinship with.
It carries twenty-eight distinct songs in its small red body. That idea — range, craft, and a sense of place — became our name, our compass, and the number of taps on our wall.
28 Songs is veteran-owned, independent, and rooted in Boerne. Founder Don Kretz traded a career in defense and intelligence for a five-barrel brewhouse and a long-held dream: a genuine local place to gather.
A rotating wall of original core beers and small-batch experiments — built on a simple philosophy: have fun, chase flavor, and let the beer lead.
